Amberina is a type of glass in which the color is graduated from red to orange to yellow. It was popular in the early 1900's, and was mostly used in fancy tableware.
This smooth piece of amberina sea glass includes a red to orange graduation, remarkably down the near center of the piece. It is bright and beautiful in color, and flawless in condition. We have finely drilled a hole through the piece for convenience to use in jewelry, charms, or whatever you can dream up.
This sea glass tumbled naturally in the ocean for decades, before it was found along a beach on the Pacific Ocean. It measures just over 5/8" wide.
Your piece will arrive on a card with the short story of sea glass, as well as the name of the ocean your piece was found along. Dime in photo for size reference.
