This lot of rare sea glass consists of 5 multicolored pieces. Each piece was beach combed by hand from a North Sea beach in England. The swirled look originates from molten glass that was mixed together with other color(s). This resulted in a multi-hued chunk that was then discarded into the sea. The pieces spent many decades in the surf being shaped and conditioned. Colors include variations of cobalt and turquoise blues, and teal greens. Most are combined with frosty white, and each piece is very unique.
As a craft lot, each piece has at least one rougher edge or chip but would be perfect for mosaics, crafting, and some jewelry. Each piece measures between 5/8" to just over 3/4" inch wide. Dime in photo for size reference.
Your beach treasures will arrive on a card which tells the short story of sea glass and the name of the ocean where your pieces were found.
