Pacific UV Lime Bottle Bottom

This naturally tumbled piece of sea glass was beachcombed from a seashore along the Pacific Ocean. It was once likely part of a vintage glass bottle or jar.

The lime green color has a margarita shade in natural lighting (1st photo), and glows to neon green under a black light (2nd photo). This is due to the uranium dioxide content added to the glass during manufacturing.

This piece measures 1 inch long x by 1/2 inch wide. It is fairly thick, has a flat bottom and a raised edge suggesting its origin as the bottom edge of a vintage glass bottle or jar. The edges are smooth to the touch and the patina is perfectly frosted and nearly flawless. Perfect for your creativity! Dime in photo for size reference.

Your gem will arrive on a card that tells the short story of sea glass and the name of the ocean where your piece was beachcombed.
