This lavish ring features a rare piece of sea glass in cornflower blue. It likely originates from vintage medicine bottle glass that was tossed into the Pacific Ocean long ago, where it tumbled for decades forming this frosty, smooth gem-like bauble.
The nearly 3/4" sea glass piece has been bezel set in fine .999 silver with a sterling silver backplate and a dramatic hammered, sterling silver band in a size 8.25. The band is 1 and 3/8" wide in front, and tapers to 3/8" wide in the back. The band flares out at the edges. This unique ring covers the finger almost to the knuckle, yet is comfortable to wear.
Your ring will arrive in a cotton-lined gift box with a card that tells the short story of sea glass and the name of the ocean where your piece was beachcombed.
