This beautiful piece of genuine sea glass will amaze you with its splendor. It has at least 5 different shades of warm, golden colors with tones of orange, yellow, and brown running throughout, along with some frosty white on one edge as well.
The large sea glass piece is just over 1 inch tall. It has a pretty oval shape and is smooth and frosty with only a few minor indentations on the otherwise pristine patina. It was found along a rocky North Sea beach in England. The swirled look originates from multiple colors of glass that were mixed together when in the molten stage. Whether the original glass was created as an artistic piece or was from an industrial bottle-works site, it has resulted in a multi-hued chunk that was discarded into the sea. The piece spent many decades thereafter in the surf being shaped and conditioned.
We have secured sea glass gem using a sturdy, sterling silver cinch band, which allows light to travel through the piece and accentuate the layers of color. The pendant hangs on a 22-inch sterling silver bead chain unless otherwise requested.
