This beautiful and historic sea pottery necklace is made with a pristine piece of blue and white, 18th century tableware. It makes the perfect conversation piece! The patterned pottery was found along a North Sea shore in Scotland. It was discarded into the sea long ago and made a journey back to the shore where it was beachcombed.
The artists at West Coast Sea Glass have set the piece in a hand made, fine silver bezel. It is sturdily soldered to hand forged, sanded and polished sterling silver back plate. The sterling sterling silver ring atop the piece is soldered strong and is hooked with a swinging, sterling silver slide bail. The total pendant height is 1.25" which includes the slide bail. It hangs from a sterling silver snake chain with sterling silver lobster clasp closure, in the chain length of your choice.
Your necklace will arrive with a card that tells the short story of sea glass and the name of the ocean where your piece was found.
