This authentic, glass fishing float is historic and beautiful. It's been hand picked from a coastal, Pacific Ocean location. It has traveled a lifetime across the Pacific and Bering seas to land, intact on a West Coast shore.

This is what's called a "baseball size", so the float measures right about 3.25" across. At one time this beautifully colored float was attached to a fishing net to provide buoyancy for the net. Occasionally a float comes free and can travel a lifetime to land on a West Coast, Pacific shore. We are able to confirm its authenticity from it's size, shape, maker's markings, color, location found, and from some definitive ocean frosting on it's surface.

Each is a beachy shade of soft aqua blue and most show the original glass blowing bubbles, the pontil "button" and more. You will receive one float per quantity ordered. Your float will come with a card which tells the short description and history of the glass fishing float. These historical and rare relics are diminishing worldwide and sell out quickly.

Each is packaged carefully and securely in bubble wrap and boxed in sturdy cardboard, then shipped from the Pacific's US West Coast.
