This unique sea glass piece has a distinct nubbin, flat-topped dome shape with a flat, angled bottom. It likely originates as a foot on a rounded glass dish that has broken off and tumbled into the smooth, frosty shape we see here. It was found along a Pacific Ocean shoreline after tumbling and conditioning in the waves and sand for decades.

The faint purple hue of the glass most likely happened after a long period of UV sun exposure, to an originally clear glass piece. It measures just under 3/4" wide by 5/8" tall. It is in pristine condition and has a perfect, tiny round hole, approximately 1/8" deep in the center of the angled base.

The beach gem will arrive with a card that tells the short story of sea glass and the name of the ocean where it was found.
